USHBC has been a member of this association for decades and the membership includes research and development staff from some of the leading bakery, cereal, brewing and other industries.

Membership reflects the international membership including General Mills, Kellogg's Quaker and others. USHBC has a table top display at the event and continually meet with researchers to discuss blueberries and blueberry solutions. Tomorrow is pet food day!
