USHBC Super Chef Salutes Filipino Bakers!
Today is the 50th anniversary of the Filipino Chinese Bakers Association. This is the group representing all of the largest bakeries in the country. They purchase ingredients cooperatively, conduct educational activities and seminars. To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of this prestigeous organization -- USHBC has sent our super pastry chef John Hui to conduct keynote demo at the 50th Anniversary Gala in Manila.
