USHBC Super Chef Salutes Filipino Bakers!

Today is the 50th anniversary of the Filipino Chinese Bakers Association.  This is the group representing all of the largest bakeries in the country.  They purchase ingredients cooperatively, conduct educational activities and seminars.  To commemorate the 50th Anniversary of this prestigeous organization -- USHBC has sent our super pastry chef John Hui to conduct keynote demo at the 50th Anniversary Gala in Manila.   Here is the invitation and note the hundreds of positive comments and thanks from members to the USHBC for this gesture of goodwill and cooperation.
John will demonstrate use of frozen blueberries in muffins, dried blueberries in bars and other concepts he uses every day at the Lodge at Pebble Beach in California!  Go get em Chef John!  Stay tuned for photos from the big event!
