National Public Radio (NPR) Salutes Highbush Blueberries

Check out the radio feature which salutes the development of highbush blueberries a century ago!
The story details the 100+ years of cooperation between blueberry growers and the US Department of Agriculture.  Congratulations to our own Denny Doyle of New Jersey for a great job in his interview inside of the Atlantic Blueberry Packing plant where he is general manager!   His family  has been in the blueberry business from the start in an area close to Whitesbog which was the starting point of blueberry cultivation.
Great feature and tells the story how blueberries from the wild were cultivated and developed into a worldwide industry -- described by the commentator as having "rock star" status!
